Vegetable Share -- Certified organic vegetable delivery from Circle Brook Farm in Andover, NJ. The quantity of each week’s share varies. Share produce may include but is not limited to tomatoes, summer and winter squash, garlic, onions, different types lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, turnips, beets, eggplant, peppers, swiss chard, beans, herbs, carrots, cabbage, spinach, and more. Vegetable share runs for 24 weeks.
Basic share will contain on average 8 to 9 items and will include more common produce such as lettuce, tomatoes, beans, zucchini, potatoes cucumbers etc. There will be smaller quantities of some items, for example perhaps 3 instead of 4 of crops such as peppers, eggplant, squash and cucumbers. This share is good for those members who have become overwhelmed with the amount of produce per week but still want to be a member.
Premium share is the same size as the vegetable share we have seen in the past. It will on average contain 12 -13 items. There will be more variety and it some cases larger quantities of products such as peas and beans in the premium share. There will be more greens in the premium, for example perhaps 2 bunches of spinach instead of one and a greens item during mid-summer when these are scarce. There may be a few items that are only provided in the premium share. While herbs will be included in the basic share they will be provided more consistently in the premium share.

Fruit Share -- Eco-certified fruit delivery from Breezy Hill Orchard in New York. Weather permitting, shares will include cherries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, plums, nectarines, rhubarb. apples, pears, and possibly cranberries (from an organic farm in Massachusetts). Fruit share runs for 23 weeks. Early Bird (Before 3/1) $350, After 3/1 $380
Poultry Full Share -- One whole fresh organic, free range, antibiotic and hormone free chicken (Approx 4 lbs/frozen) from Knoll Krest Farm for 16 week -- starting August 2. $400 (NOTE: Knoll Krest Farm is in the process of changing the chicken farm to 100% certified organic therefore, chickens will not be available until August 2, 2017)
Mushroom Share -- Half pound of farmed and foraged mushrooms from The Foraged Feast (formerly DiningWild) for 24 weeks. Varieties vary weekly. $336
Bread Share* -- Wood fired rustic breads from Bobolink Dairy in Millford, NJ. Made from regionally-grown organic grains/other local ingredients, cold-risen using natural starters, baked in a wood-fired oven. (Due to fermentation process/grains used, many gluten sensitive people are able to eat them without any issue.) Varieties vary weekly. 2 Loaves per week for 24 Weeks. (*Members will have the opportunity to add other products from Bobolink Dairy (cheese/dairy) weekly via their website once the season starts.) $260
Egg Share -- Eggs (pastured, free range, antibiotic and hormone free, organic brown) from Knoll Krest Farm in New York. One dozen a week for 24 weeks. Early Bird (Before 3/1) $130, After 3/1 $145
Pasta Share -- Fresh homemade pasta made with free range, antibiotic and hormone free, organic brown eggs from Knoll Krest Farm in New York. 12 oz per week, a different shape and flavor each week for 24 weeks. Early Bird (Before 3/1) $130, After 3/1 $145
Poultry Half Share -- One whole fresh free range, antibiotic and hormone free chicken (Approx 4 lbs) from Knoll Krest Farm every other week for 8 weeks - starting August 2, $200. (NOTE: Knoll Krest Farm is in the process of changing the chicken farm to 100% certified organic therefore, chickens will not be available until August 2, 2017)
Cider Share (Fall Season Only, 8/30-11/15) -- Fresh farmhouse cider from Breezy Hill Orchard for 12 weeks starting August 30. $80

In addition to our above mentioned add-on shares, we offer supplemental shares from other local farmers throughout the season including Vermont organic maple syrup and honey from Green Mountain Maple Sugar Refining Company and a beef and/or pork shares from River Bend Farm.

Weekly Add Ons
New for 2017 will be weekly add ons including products from Bobolink Dairy & Bakehouse, Breezy Hill Orchard, homemade products from Farm & Fork Society and other local food purveyors. We will be sending weekly emails in which you can order for pick up on Wednesdays at our downtown Millburn location.
Maple Syrup/Honey -- Members may order Maple Syrup (4 grades), Maple Cream, Maple Vinegar, Maple Candy, Honey and/or Creamed Honey from the Green Mountain Maple Sugar Refinery Co in Vermont. All products are organic, GMO free and Kosher. All maple products are made at the Farm in Belvidere Center, Vt. All honey is raised on Lake Champlain in Alburgh, VT.

Beef/Pork Sampler Packs - Members and non-members may order meat shares from River Bend Farm. Angus Beef Sampler includes 40 pounds of beef: 1/3 steaks that may consist of Rib-eye, T-Bone, Porterhouse, Sirlion, Tenderloin and Ranch (Chuck), 1/3 Roasts that may consist of Chuck, Rump, Round, & London Broil and 1/3 Ground Beef. Berkshire Pork Sampler includes 35 pounds of pork that may consist of ham, ham steaks, chops, spare-ribs, bacon, 3 kinds of sausages and a pork shoulder. Sampler Packs will be delivered frozen and kept cool in a refrigerated truck for pick up at our downtown Millburn location.
