Vegetables:
- 1/2 pound Verdolaga (Purslane) - see recipes below from Rogowski Farm
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1 bunch fresh Cipollini onion (use tops for cooking, do not discard!)
- 1 pound Fun Choi (larger choi with light green, frilly leaves)
- 1 pound miniature mixed Choi (very small choi which can be used raw in a mixed green salad)
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 head cabbage
