1 lb. tomatillos
6 green tomatoes
2 lbs. blush tomatoes (leave on your counter, stems up, in a paper bag to finish ripening)
1lb. sugar snap peas
1 lb. Boc Choi
1 bunch mustard greens
1 bunch scallions
