Lettuce, salad turnips, daikon, lettuce, acorn squash, broccoli or cauliflower or Napa cabbage, celery root, white potatoes, choice of mustard (arugula, broccoli raab or tatsoi), scallions, choice of radicchio or fennel, spinach and choice of parsley or cilantro.
