Potatoes, garlic, carrots, parsnips, choice of escarole or endive, bok choi, choice of radishes or salad turnips, lettuce, choice of spinach or a mustard, butternut squash, choice of dill or cilantro and broccoli or cauliflower or Napa cabbage.
(These cranberries will last for Thanksgiving. Fresh cranberries keep well in the refrigerator for about a month. They will be good for a year in the freezer. Whichever you decide just wash and dry them before storing in refrigerator or freezer.)
